Carbon Health Actionables:

The goal of this feature is to reduce patient friction for continuous care. A secondary goal would be to increase patient app engagement. I worked on the backend of the project but was responsible for it's overall execution, so breaking out the tasks, determining the timelines, testing strategies, and delegating the work accordingly.
